Why we built it

Not a client's failure story — ours. Four things decide whether an engagement is healthy: who has capacity, what a contract commits to, whether the margin still works, and what is at risk. They lived in four different places.

01

Pod capacity lived in people’s heads

Knowing which pod had room for the next engagement meant asking the leads who ran them, one Slack thread at a time.

Staffing a new engagement was a survey, not a lookup.
02

SOW milestones and delivery were two different records

What a contract promised sat in a document; what a pod had actually shipped against it sat somewhere else entirely.

No single view of whether an engagement was on track.
03

Margin was a spreadsheet nobody else could open

Resourcing decisions were made without the one number that should have driven them, because it lived on one laptop.

Pod economics were reviewed after the fact, not during it.
04

An SLA breach was discovered, not escalated

Nothing watched the commitments themselves, so the first signal that one had slipped was a client noticing.

Recovery started later than it should have, every time.
Two logins, one system

Pods, contracts, margin and SLA risk are one system underneath. What either login can see of it is the whole point of the access model — not asserted, switched.

Viewing as

Who is free, who is committed, and to what.

Every pod, across every engagement

SOWs & billing

What was promised, and what has shipped against it.

Every SOW and its milestones

Margin analytics

Whether an engagement is healthy, not just active.

SLA escalation

What is at risk, before a client has to say so.

Every SLA, watched continuously

Techdome ARCWhere you meet it

Deployed internally across every Techdome pod and venture. Inside an engagement, it shows up as your guest login into your own burndown and milestones — the same system, a narrower door.
